OUR PROGRAMS

At Red Shell Sushi, we don’t just make sushi—we craft tailored "experience" Programs that seamlessly blend our deep Japanese heritage with innovative flavors and textures.

Each Program is designed with precision to meet the unique needs of our clients, delivering a culinary experience that excites customers and enhances their retail offerings.

Our Programs can be a POP-UP venue, fixed program in place or we can rotate programs in your space to add variety to your supermarket or university!

SUSHI & POKE

Sushi (Chef on Site) - Our Company chefs produce sushi at your location and engage with customers / students, producing a fantastic mix of sushi favorites. Using the most sustainable and natural ingredients available we follow strict food safety guidelines and WOW your guests. Attractively merchandised, we strive to fill cases to meet both your peak and non-peak business demands.

Direct Service Delivery - We have the ability to produce hand crafted, superior quality sushi and deliver it to customers who either do not have space for a Chef on Site program or prefer fresh made daily sushi delivered to your locations. This service is only offered locally in Southern California Locations. Please reach out to us, and we'll see how we can come to you!

Build Your Own Options - Customers walk through and create their own food experience. With Build-Your-Own options like Hand Roll Bars, Poke Bars, Sushi Tacos, Mix & Match, Bento Box and Rice Bowls. Move beyond sushi with our versatile Asian-Inspired programs.

BEYOND SUSHI

Heat & Eat / Hot Food Programs - We offer options for your customers to Grab-and Go hot appetizers and bowls or the option for them to take them from our sushi case and heat them back at the office or at home.

Yakisoba, Bento Boxes, Donburi bowls, and large selection of delectable appetizers. We can also serve our hot food live on site should you have the equipment to do so.

Japanese Desserts - We are constantly in R&D with our partners to introduce the latest trends in the Japanese market and bring them to customers everywhere. We also work closely with other famous Japanese Dessert brands, such as Beard Papa, to bring many delectable desserts easily to your plates.

Beverage Pairings - Our beverage program offers freshly made boba teas and some Japanese sodas.
