Sushi (Chef on Site) - Our Company chefs produce sushi at your location and engage with customers / students, producing a fantastic mix of sushi favorites. Using the most sustainable and natural ingredients available we follow strict food safety guidelines and WOW your guests. Attractively merchandised, we strive to fill cases to meet both your peak and non-peak business demands.
Japanese Desserts - We are constantly in R&D with our partners to introduce the latest trends in the Japanese market and bring them to customers everywhere. We also work closely with other famous Japanese Dessert brands, such as Beard Papa, to bring many delectable desserts easily to your plates.
Red Shell Sushi was founded in 1991 and was one of the first sushi retailers in Southern California.
